Cancellation Policy ❌

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch (typically within 24 hours of placing the order)
• Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled — you can refuse delivery or raise a return after receiving
• Made-to-order or special pre-booked items cannot be cancelled after confirmation

1. Login → My Orders → open the order → click Cancel Order
2. Or call our helpline +91 85959 02850 with your Order ID
3. You'll receive an SMS / email confirmation within minutes

• Prepaid orders: Full amount refunded to original payment method within 5–7 business days
• COD orders: No payment was charged, so no refund needed
• Wallet credit option: Choose instant refund to Huntin Wallet for next purchase

You can cancel a specific item from a multi-item order before dispatch. The remaining items will ship as usual, and a partial refund will be processed for the cancelled item.

In rare cases, we may cancel an order due to product unavailability, payment failure, or shipping restrictions to your area. A full refund will be initiated immediately, and we'll inform you over SMS / email.
