How long it takes, where we deliver, and what charges apply.
We deliver pan-India through trusted logistics partners. All orders are dispatched from our Faridabad, Haryana warehouse.
1. Delivery Coverage
- Pan-India delivery to 26,000+ pincodes
- Remote pincodes may take longer (covered below)
- International orders: currently not available — coming soon
2. Delivery Timeline
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 / 3 cities: 4–6 business days
- Rural / remote pincodes: 6–9 business days
- Dispatch happens within 24 hours of order confirmation (working days)
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999
- Orders below ₹999 — flat ₹49 shipping fee
- Heavy bulk orders may carry additional logistic charges, shown clearly at checkout
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order anytime at Track Order using your Order ID and phone number.
5. Delayed or Missing Deliveries
- Delivery may be delayed during festivals, monsoon, or unforeseen logistics disruptions
- If your order is delayed beyond 12 business days, please contact our helpline for assistance
- Lost in transit cases are fully covered — we ship a free replacement after the courier investigation
6. Address Changes
Delivery address can be changed only before dispatch. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or call after placing the order.
